Long sunny days of Jazz will soon be here. From 26 April until 12 May over 100 local and international musicians will be bringing their music to the City during this year’s JazzFest Bonn in various locations.
Top performers booked include trumpeter Nils Wülker, Nils Landgren (sporting a trademark red trombone!) and Grammy winning guitarist John Schofield
A ‘Gehimtipp’ for those who like a little Blues vocal in their Jazz is Julia Biel. Will she live up to the description: “a perfect mixture of Billie Holiday, Björk, and Amy Winehouse”? Go along to Haus der Geschichte on 5 May and find out.
Lyambiko is a popular performer here in Bonn too with a great soulful voice that 3songs saw in 2015.
