Well, it was technically still ‘Im Park’ but heavy rain meant the opening show of this year’s Musik Im Park season at the Trinkpavilion in Bad Godesberg was inside. It didn’t stop a huge crowd from turning up when the rain stopped though. Don’t let the picture fool you, it was full inside with people outside listening in through the glass windows to Steely Dan coverband Home at Last. Even the WDR camera team struggled to get set up.

The music will hopefully be under sunny skies from now on. See the line-up below (note: due to illness The Bad Keys will be replaced on 5 June by Rock coverband The Right Pill)
