If you are a lover of live music then I’m sure you’ve missed hearing the soulful sounds coming out of Bonn’s tube stations in recent years. Good news then – Jazztube is back! As in previous years, there will be three bands in action on successive Fridays. One band each at the underground stations Bonn Hbf, Uni/Markt and Heussalle/Museumsmeile. The competition is from 11 – 27 August with the three top-voted bands going head to head in the final at Bonn Pantheon on 30 October. Each band will play three sets which are staggered so that listeners can hear them all (part of the fun is traveling around the stations to catch the music!) details on the link below.
As an added bonus, there is an opening concert by Lato and Yassmo & The Soulfisticated People at Alter Zoll on 4 August (from 7pm) to celebrate the 2023 Season and on the following Fridays your vote will decide who steps onto that Pantheon stage in October.
