Music lovers who are also wine lovers will be pleased to know that the Wine Festival has begun in Bad Godesberg. Running until 8 pm on Sunday (12 May) there will be wine from a variety of German vintners as well as a varied music choice. My picture shows the first band to get things off to a swinging start – Festkapelle de Deurhoalers who are a young and energetic wind orchestra from Nijmegen.
